I wrote Cord as essentially the Moral Compass for K, had you not noticed. Grant it K never pays him any attention, thusly turning him into merely a foil, but oh well. Little known fact: on Cord’s belt buckle, it says “Captain Hindsight”. Maybe. I don’t know. I just made that up. Screw you! I call the shots roun hurr!
Back to what I was saying… note how K barely bats an eye at the concept of the ethics of human engineering, and yet is engaged thoroughly by the concept of what-may-come? I call that allusion! I’ll let you come up with you’re own theories on what I’m referring to. Have fun with that.
